Guess the hardest thing is to give feedback to someone telling him what do u feel... and at the same time you don't want to hurt him, you wanna make it constructive feedback... and what if this person can easily get into defensive mood.
I don't know i guess it's important to do that at least for him to know what ppl think about him and when they are upset why are they feel that way.. people don't see what others see on them.
and at the same time if you really want to make the Feedback an effective one you should say it in a good polite way.. don't forget the main target it's not that we wanna destroy him just we wanna fix him within his character not within ours.
